Refund & Return Policy — Ammar Surgical

Blood Glucose Meters (e.g., YASEE GLM-79) We accept returns on unopened, unused glucose meters within 14 days of delivery. The device must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Test Strips & Lancets Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, test strips and lancets are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return Contact us via WhatsApp or phone before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
